I ordered a toy box from Step2 and it did arrive in good condition, so I can’t really complain about the product itself. The delivery was just slower than I expected, and the tracking barely updated for a few days, so I kept having to check it over and over like that was going to magically help. It wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, but it was definitely annoying and felt like more effort than it needed to be. The toy box is fine, but the shipping experience could be better.

I put it together quickly, and my toddler has been all over it since. Not really much else to say without getting into everything, but it’s been one of those things the kids keep going back to every day.

My step2 play set showed up missing one piece, and I was annoyed because I didn’t want to deal with a whole back-and-forth. I emailed them my order info, and they replied quickly. A few days later, the replacement part was at my door with no extra charge or annoying hassle. I know shipping mistakes happen, but I was just glad they made it easy for me.

I bought a Step2 playhouse for my 3 year old, and I’m honestly 100% convinced it was a great deal. I looked at a bunch of outdoor toys before buying, and this one was definitely more reasonably priced while still feeling sturdy and well made.

Shipping wasn’t lightning fast or anything, but it arrived in good condition, so I can’t really complain. Putting it together took a little time, but it was completely manageable and not some nightmare project.

My kid is in it almost every single day, so in my mind, it has already paid for itself. I’d absolutely buy from Step2 again, especially if I caught another sale.

This was easier to put together than I expected. It took me less time than I had planned for, which was a nice surprise... usually these things end up being more of a project.

I reached out and they got back to me faster than I expected. The issue was sorted out easily, so overall I’d say it was a good experience
